From Uncertainty to Purpose
For over two decades, Beverly Caldwell built her career in Information Technology. She worked in desktop support, network administration, and IT management — including a significant tenure at Kaiser Permanente, one of the nation's largest healthcare organizations. She holds a B.S. in Information Technology and certificates in Ethical Hacking, Security, CISSP, and Desktop Support. She was the person everyone called when technology wasn't working. She knew her craft deeply.
In 2013, Beverly lost her job. Her spouse was still working — and that kept them afloat. But going from two incomes to one changes everything. For years she kept moving. Miscellaneous jobs. Staying busy. Staying afloat. Never quite finding the path that felt like hers.
Then the pandemic hit — and everything got quiet enough for Beverly to finally hear what she was supposed to do. Someone introduced her to the idea that she could be her own CEO. For the first time, she saw a path that was actually hers. She stopped trying to fit into spaces that were never designed for women like her — and she decided to build her own.
Today Beverly runs Hart Global Tech — a digital product business built on one simple belief: women 55+ deserve to feel confident with technology. Not talked down to. Not left behind. Not made to feel embarrassed for asking questions. Just supported, guided, and empowered — step by step, at their own pace, by someone who truly gets it.
The Digital Life Starter Kit is her first product. It won't be her last. Because Beverly is just getting started — and she's bringing her ladies with her. 💛
